The salary or wage for working on oil rigs in North Dakota can vary greatly so it's a tough question to answer. Depends on the demand for workers currently, in the winter demand will probably be a bit higher as less people come out to North Dakota in the winter.
With no experience I would guess you'd start at the bottom making between 18-25 an hour maybe some hour time to boost your wages.
A buddy of mine with no experince just headed out and got a job in Williston on a casing crew making about $25 an hour. Are you limiting yourself to rigs or are you open to trucking or other jobs supporting the oil boom?
